How is S2M dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19)?

- Om dat voor elkaar te krijgen zullen we lunchmomenten soms scheiden, zodat er niet meer dan 100 mensen in onze open workspace zijnÂ
- We nemen geen meetings en evenementen aan boven de 100 mensenÂ
- Ons team werkt in shifts. Een deel van het personeel werkt vanuit huis. Zo zorgen we dat we onze klanten kunnen blijven bedienen.Â
- Aan de co-workers vragen we om zoveel mogelijk ruimte te laten tussen henzelf en andere co-workers.Â

Meetings that are booked will take place in an adjusted form with more space for attendees. Each location is in contact with the booker about this.

Other measures:
- Our people wash their hands often
- We do not shake hands and also do not do any other social touching
- Visitors, co-workers and our people stay at home when they have a cold.
- We are cleaning a lot. Door handles, coffee machines, etc are cleaned at least 3 times a day.
- We have an extra centrally located hygenic service station where our people and visitors can disinfect their hands.
- We ensure that there are no more than 100 people in our various spaces.
- The lunch will be spread over time to ensure we do not hit the 100 people mark in the open office space
- No events or meeting with over 100 people can be booked
- We work in shifts. Part of the team of works at home and the other in the office ready to serve you
- Coworkers are asked to keep a distance between each other.

How can I cancel my meeting?

Wij hanteren altijd al een hele flexibele manier van annuleren. Namelijk onze 24 uurs regeling. Tot 24 uur van te voren kunnen boekingen kosteloos geannuleerd worden. We hebben het nu over de meetingspace boekingen. Coworkboekingen kunnen altijd kosteloos geannuleerd worden. Neem contact op met de desbetreffende locatie om te kijken of er een alternatief mogelijk is of dat de meeting verzet kan worden. Ook worden meetings anders ingedeeld (grotere ruimte, meer afstand tussen elkaar) zodat jouw meeting misschien gewoon door kan gaan.
How can I cancel?
As always we are flexible with cancelations with our 24 our setup. There are no costs when a booking is canceled 24 hours before.
Check with your location for alternative or if the meeting can be moved t a new date.
Meetings that do happen are set up differently with more space and larger rooms. This way many meetings will not have to be canceled.
Co-working bookings can always be canceled at no cost.

Prevention and actions
Clean your hands often
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.
Take steps to protect others
Stay home if youâre sick
- Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care. Learn what to do if you are sick.
Cover coughs and sneezes
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
- Throw used tissues in the trash.
- Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Clean and disinfect
- Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
- If surfaces are dirty, clean them:Â Use detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection.
